EVOLIVING AT NUVALI

OUTDOOR LIVING AT NUVALI STA ROSA

Set to bring fun and one-of-a-kind activities and events all year-round, activities reflect NUVALI’s values anchored on the Evoliving (Evolved way of living) principle.
Structured on a system that encourages modern, responsible living supported by a belief in maintaining balance between development and nature, NUVALI’s framework allows each individual the space for a well-enhanced sense of oneness with the natural environment and its bounties.

The Fields
The Fields is a 10 hectares open area that includes (3) FIFA-sized football fields, (2) baseball fields, (3) sand volleyball courts and a multi-use reception facility.

Trail System
NUVALI will have off-road biking and running trails approximately 50km in length which offers scenic views of the NUVALI terrain for running and biking. At certain areas, one can enjoy sights of Mount Makiling, Laguna de Bay and the Tagaytay Ridge. Four-cross and pump bike tracks are also open to bike enthusiasts who are interested to practice and hold events.

Wildlife and Bird Sanctuary
A 17-kilometer long buffer green and forest zone throughout the NUVALI development, labeled as the Wildlife and Bird Sanctuary, will be preserved and will remain untouched to allow the natural habitat to flourish within the area. A minimum of 100,000 trees will be planted within the sanctuary as part of NUVALI’s tree-planting program. This aims to bring individuals, groups and companies closer to nature and help promote its preservation. A biking and jogging trail system along with a gazebo and view decks are found within the sanctuary that teaches respect for the different types of indigenous and exotic flora and fauna available within NUVALI.

Incorporated into NUVALI’s advancement plans is the development and opening of the Tree Nursery and Demo Farm. The purpose of this is similar to that of NUVALI’s Wildlife and Bird Sanctuary – to offer a venue for students, families and individuals to learn, appreciate and preserve the environment.

Lake

Residents and employees can enjoy a 4-hectare multi-functional lake feature, not only enhances the natural topography of NUVALI, but also serves as a catchment for:
  • Stormwater run-off
  • Water reservoir and rainwater catchment basin
  • Fire reserve
  • Medium for alternative transportation (Taxiboats)
